Agreement: Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All hardware architectures, crystal oscillator fine-tuning specifications, custom graphics, OEM neutral packaging design materials, text layout, and images featured on this digital platform are the exclusive intellectual property of RadioExpander. Unauthorized reproduction, web scraping, data mining, or distribution of our media assets for alternative commercial use is strictly prohibited.

2. Commercial Wholesaling & Bulk Pricing

For international JDM vehicle importers and dealerships utilizing our B2B matrix, official binding price quotes are valid for up to 30 calendar days from the timestamp of formal electronic issuance. Bulk consignment contracts, custom OEM frequency configuration runs, and factory production milestones are subject to standard payment clearance specifications agreed upon in mutual corporate invoices.

3. Global Logistics & Import Duties

RadioExpander dispatches products globally via tracked air express or bulk ocean cargo. While our factory covers standard secure export clearance protocols, the buyer (importer) is legally responsible for any destination country tariffs, customs processing declarations, and local handling taxes mandated within New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, or other international regions.
