Standard Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The hardware (band expander/modulator) must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging (including neutral OEM box and inner anti-static bags).
• A receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from radioexpander.com is required.

2. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned package at our fulfillment depot, our engineering team will inspect the item and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective / Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or does not match your ordered model parameters (e.g., received 12MHz instead of 16MHz), RadioExpander covers 100% of the return freight costs or dispatches a free replacement immediately.
• Change of Mind / Incorrect Model Selection: If you ordered the wrong plug type or no longer require the hardware, you will be responsible for paying your own international shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🏭 Special Provision for B2B Bulk Wholesale Clients

Please note that custom OEM/ODM packaging production runs and large container-level bulk commercial purchases are non-returnable due to unique hardware specification setups. However, all bulk batches are protected under our 12-Month Factory Hardware Warranty. Defective components verified during testing will be fully credited or replaced in your subsequent consignment batch.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To open a return request, please email our support team at info@radioexpander.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation (with photos/videos if testing the crystal oscillator signals shows unexpected values). We will provide the warehouse return address within 24 hours.
