Refund Policy
Standard Policy: Transparent Money-Back Procedures
Thank you for shopping at RadioExpander. Once a return request is officially approved under our standard return windows, the following strict guidelines govern the physical allocation, processing, and financial issuance of your refund.
1. Processing Your Refund
Upon receiving your returned package at our fulfillment depot, our engineering division will perform a hardware compliance audit. We will immediately notify you via electronic mail regarding the status of your processing refund:
- Approved Returns: If the crystal oscillator chips and hardware connectors are verified as unused, uninstalled, and intact, your refund is approved.
- Rejected Returns: If the hardware shows distinct physical installation scratches, dashboard wiring alterations, or missing original static packaging bags, the refund may be partially or fully rejected.
2. Original Payment Method Reversal
Once approved, your credit will automatically be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or alternative gateway utilized at checkout). Credit card reversals typically reflect within 5 to 10 business days, subject exclusively to your card issuer's native banking clearance policies.
3. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
For returns initiated due to a "change of mind" or purchasing an incorrect vehicle brand connector socket, the original shipping fees paid to dispatch the parcel from our factory are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund for such orders, the precise baseline cost of initial transit logistics will be deducted from your final settlement total.
🏭 B2B Commercial Batch Refund Exclusion
Commercial B2B purchase contracts, custom frequency modification production batches, and bulk dealership logistics assignments are exempt from standard liquid refunds due to customized hardware assembly costs. Any defective crystal modules discovered during local commercial arrivals are fully covered via material replacement or alternative account credits in your subsequent corporate invoice cycles.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a credit yet, first check your banking account balance again, then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some processing time before your formal refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your credit, contact our support desk immediately at info@radioexpander.com.
